Last updated: July 19, 2025
Welcome to Dopilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the work we do for you, the client, and outline how we operate, what we expect, and what you can expect from us in return.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work
- • Every project begins with a discovery session and a custom proposal tailored to your workflow automation needs.
- • The proposal will outline deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- • Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges or extended timelines.
2. Payments
- • A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery, before handover of code or documentation.
- • Payment is accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or crypto (on request).
- • Late payments beyond 7 days from invoice due date may attract a 5% penalty.
3. Timelines
- • We'll provide an estimated timeline at project start.
- • Timelines may shift slightly based on client responsiveness or technical complexity.
- • Urgent or fast-track work may incur a rush fee (discussed upfront).
4. Deliverables
- • Deliverables may include: automation workflows, documentation, videos, dashboards, or integrations.
- • All code and files will be handed over once the final payment is completed.
5. Revisions & Support
- • Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions.
- • After project completion, we offer 7 days of post-launch support.
- • Ongoing support, maintenance, or new requests will be charged separately.
6. Confidentiality
- • We respect your privacy and any sensitive business data you share with us will be kept confidential.
- • You also agree to keep our internal documentation, automation tricks, and pricing confidential unless otherwise agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
- • You agree to provide access to platforms/tools and timely feedback.
- • You must ensure you have permission to share third-party data (e.g., API keys, CRM logins, etc.).
- • You'll be responsible for the security and management of your own tools once we hand off.
8. Liability
- • We're committed to delivering high-quality work, but we're not liable for third-party outages, API limitations, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.
- • We're also not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
9. Portfolio Rights
- • We may showcase non-sensitive parts of your project (e.g., workflow screenshots, case study summary) in our portfolio or social channels.
- • You can opt out by letting us know in writing before we start.
10. Cancellation
- • If you choose to cancel mid-project, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
- • We may cancel a project if we don't receive necessary materials or responses within 10 business days.
11. Intellectual Property
- • After final payment, all custom workflows and code are yours to use.
- • We may reuse non-specific components (like generic templates or snippets) across projects.
