1. Scope of Work

Dopilot provides n8n workflow automation consulting services including:

  • Initial strategy consultation and workflow analysis
  • Custom n8n automation design and implementation
  • Integration setup between client's existing tools and platforms
  • Testing and quality assurance of automated workflows
  • Documentation and training materials delivery
  • Optional ongoing maintenance and support services
2. Payment Terms
  • Project fees are determined based on complexity and scope during initial consultation
  • 50% deposit required before work commences
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion and delivery
  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing support services are billed in advance
  • All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
3. Project Timeline
  • Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith
  • Delays caused by client unavailability or late feedback may extend timelines
  • Changes to project scope may require timeline adjustments
  • We will communicate any potential delays promptly
  • Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about existing systems and requirements
  • Granting necessary access to platforms and tools for integration
  • Timely review and feedback on deliverables
  • Maintaining their own data backups and security measures
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
5. Deliverables
  • Fully functional n8n workflows as specified in project scope
  • Comprehensive documentation of all automated processes
  • Video walkthrough and training materials
  • Basic troubleshooting guide and maintenance instructions
  • 30-day post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments
6. Intellectual Property
  • Client retains ownership of their data and business processes
  • Custom workflows created become client property upon full payment
  • Dopilot retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
  • Neither party may use the other's confidential information without permission
  • Client grants permission to use project as case study (with anonymization if requested)
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI
  • Third-party platform changes may affect automation functionality
  • Client is responsible for testing automations in their environment
  • We disclaim liability for data loss or business interruption
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Total liability limited to the amount paid for services
  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Client agrees to indemnify Dopilot against third-party claims
  • Limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law
9. Termination
  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Client remains liable for work completed prior to termination
  • Immediate termination allowed for material breach or non-payment
  • Upon termination, each party returns confidential information
10. Dispute Resolution
  • Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first
  • If negotiation fails, binding arbitration will be used
  • Arbitration conducted under rules of American Arbitration Association

11. General Provisions
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
